Inspired by the legendary Colony Hotel — with its De Gournay chinoiserie wallpapers, rattan peacock chairs, and signature blush-pink palette — we bring that same spirit of joyful maximalism and refined whimsy to private residences, estates, and boutique hospitality projects.

Discovery
Every project begins with a conversation. We spend time understanding how you live, what inspires you, and what you dream of coming home to. We tour your space, study the light, and listen deeply before we ever put pencil to paper.
Concept & Vision
We develop a bespoke design concept — a mood board, palette, and spatial narrative that captures the essence of your vision. Inspired by the layered beauty of Palm Beach, each concept is a world unto itself.
Design Development
With concept approved, we move into the rich detail work: custom furniture drawings, fabric and material selections, wallpaper commissions, lighting plans, and art sourcing. Every element is considered in relation to the whole.
Procurement & Production
We manage all procurement, working with our network of master craftspeople, antique dealers, and luxury vendors. Custom pieces are commissioned; antiques are sourced; fabrics are cut and sewn to our specifications.
Installation & Reveal
The transformation culminates in a carefully orchestrated installation. Our team places every piece, hangs every painting, and arranges every object. You return to a home that feels both entirely new and completely, unmistakably yours.
